Upgraded metal charge pipes 

BMW's S55 motor is a modern marvel but one weakness we've identified is the boost tubes or charge pipes that connect the turbochargers to the intercooler. Made of thin plastic these factory parts are prone to snapping apart where the flange meets the tube, splitting along the length, and/or slipping out of their intercooler couplers.

The BMS S55 replacement chargepipes are made from heavy-duty aluminum and are designed with CNC flanges and a protruding lip for a secure OEM like fit. They are finished in a wrinkle black powder coat to match the engine bay and we've also incorporated a pre-capped 1/8" NPT bung into each pipe. Includes replacement heavy duty couplers, hose clamps, and all hardware required for the installation
